Ascension symptoms are intense to those who sense the energy shifts. Archangels are all around us helping us through the 3rd dimensional shifts and the expansion. We are becoming more connected with our Higher self, with our divine light but it comes with some baggage. All those fears, beliefs and ego thoughts cloud our way to the light, keep us from the shift and expansion. The good news is that we have a choice, and the Archangels step in a channeled message to give us some tools.

All you have to do is read and allow yourself to find the truth in the words without doubting.
The reason we have stepped forward in such a way is to help you free yourself from the challenges of the 3 dimensional world. You have all the guidance and power that you need to find your way to the light at any time, but for some it becomes harder to do so. This 3 dimensional sphere that you are in, becomes more challenging than it should for you, and that is because you hold on to what was, what you used to do and believe in. But as the energies change, the shifts begin and you no longer live in the 3 dimension, but rather step into the 4rth towards the 5th.
If you find yourself experiencing challenges and fears it is because those are ready to be released and removed from your being once for all. They have no purpose with you, you see. So let’s tune in together to the power that you hold within, and let us help you gather some tools that we hope will help you on your shifting of dimensions.

As soon as you experience resistance, fearful thoughts, unwanted thoughts or emotions know that those are something that needs to be released. The way to release it, is to stop believing it, to stop focusing on it.
Here is an example: someone mentions something unflattering to you. Instead of reacting to that unflattering comment, and adding more of unwanted emotions to it, let it go. That’s it, so easy. Let it go, don’t engage, instead smile to yourself and affirm something positive instead. Easy, isn’t it?

But we know that those you refer to as words are more challenging when they are associated with fears that charge with negativity almost immediately. A negative thought that comes to you for instance, a “what if” situation that ends with you in fear and worry. Those are more challenging we know because they are associated with more than just thoughts; those bring up emotions of fear and despair. Those emotions are “magnetic” and they become challenging to release. But as with anything that does not belong with you, those can be removed in a similar way. Let our tools be of use to you in those situations.
Steps to remove negativity
Instead of focusing on that thought and engaging more fear to it, we ask that:
1) notice that thought, that magnetic emotion. how does it make you feel? Is it yours, or did you absorb this thought or fear from others?
2) make a conscious decision to let it go. Imagine that magnetic thought as a link on your aura. Close your eyes, breath and notice where that emotion is coming from. Follow its charge and observe it, tune in to the creation of it, not the emotion it brings. Try to identify its location. That thought created a link, a magnetic charge on your body, identifying where that is can help you to remove it.
Once you quiet your mind and breathe in and out a couple of times you will be more calm and able to find answer to the following question. “Where on the body is the link for that thought and emotion?” listen to the response that comes almost immediately from within you, you might feel a charge, a tingling, a knowing of an area in the body that this link has been established.
3) Once you are aware imagine cutting that cord of connection from you. See it fall on the ground and becoming absorbed by earth.
More ways to fight negativity
Another way to handle this magnetic charge is to invoke divine light to illuminate that part of you that has the magnetic connection. If you can’t identify it, you can surround yourself with divine light that is available to you at any time, simply by invoking it to surround your whole body. This light brings illumination, healing, essence of creation and has a mind of its own, it knows just what you need at any time. So envisioning this light is one of the most powerful tools you can use.

The higher vibration frequency you have at any time, the less affect those magnetic links have on you, and the easier it is to remove them. So a way to tune into a higher vibration is to surround yourself with positive people and uplifting thoughts. Also, intentionally go for a better feeling thought at any time. Remember that you always have a choice. Instead of reacting to something negative, intentionally redirect your focus towards a better feeling thought.
Another way to stop a strongly charged negative thought, is to speak out loud an affirmation. Raise your voice as much as possible as your situation allows, interrupt the negative thought with a raised voice, determined affirmation that overshadows any thought. The key to this, is being aware of the thoughts as they come. If you stick by that for a while it will become rather effortless for you in the process.
Allow all those fears and thoughts and doubts to manifest without resistance, simply gather these tools to help you through the shift and use them often. The shift will soon come to an end and you will be a much higher uplifted and more lighted being. You are expanding and we are in deep gratitude and great celebration.
